Membership

The Society warmly welcomes new members. Prospective members must present four works of equal quality to a selection committee which meets twice a year. Successful applicants receive a certificate of membership and are immediately entitled to exhibit and to use the Society initials after their name.

The Society also has categories for Friends and Associates, the latter being artists who are still working towards the standard required for full membership. All are made welcome and receive a members’ newsletter. Residential painting and seminar weekends are held in alternate years at Earnley Concourse near Chichester. Subject to available space, non-members are welcome to join members and friends at these popular events.

The current annual subscription is £30.00 for full Membership, £20.00 for Associates and £15.00 for Friends. Outside the UK it is £35.00 for full Members, £25.00 for Associates and £18.00 for Friends.
